First, you set your goals for exercise, stretching, drinks (water, pop, caffeine and alcohol) and optionally 2 other items (which, for example, could be particular food choices, mindfulness sessions, etc).
Secondly, you input the associated activities each day. Fettle is designed for simplicity! So if you have a serving of water – you tap healthy drinks once. Thats it. Fettle doesnt capture specific glass sizes and measurements. If you think youve had a glass of water, then tap once!
Exercise and stretching are based on sessions. You decide what a session is for you – a tennis game, 20 minutes of stretching, a half hour gym session, and so on.
For stress, you tap once if youre having a bad day. You decide when your stress worsens enough to tap again.
Thirdly, you can analyze your results over days, weeks and months with beautiful graphs and bar charts. You can share these displays by email or text and you can obtain your complete database by email for importing into your computer spreadsheet application if you wish to back it up or analyze further on your own.
